Naruto AG stands for Alternitive Generation which means that it is a parallel universe and things could change.The game starts off a week before graduation and here are the things that changed.
1.Itachi never massacred the Uchiha Clan so Uchiha's are still alive.
2.Kakashi's teammate Rin is still alive she's just sealed into a scroll.
3.Kushina Naruto's mom is alive she's just in a coma and will wake up after this game's Naruto passes the Genin exam after fighting Mizuki
4.This game's Naruto will be trained by Kushina and other people.
5.Itachi isn't in Akatsuki.
