B-Rank Jutsu=Uses 15 chakra.

S-Rank Jutsu=Uses 25 chakra.

Chakra Control Training:
Tree Climbing-Genin control=+1 chakra Dice,uses 1 chakra for E rank.
Run up a tree 16 times,get 50MPH,and 5 or more chakra.

Water Walking-Chunin control=+1 chakra dice,uses 1 chakra for E rank,and 2 chakra for D rank.
Walk on water 20 times,get 100MPH,and 5 or more chakra.

Leaf Concentration-Special Jounin control=+1 chakra dice,uses 1 chakra for E rank,1 chakra for D rank,and 6 chakra for C rank.
Put a leaf on your forehead and concentrate chakra into it 25 times,get 5 or more chakra

Molding Chakra-Jounin Control=+1 chakra dice,uses 1 chakra for E rank,1 chakra for D rank,4 chakra for C rank,and 9 chakra for B rank.
Concentrate chakra around you 30 times,get 5 or more chakra.

Boulder Carrying-Anbu Control=+1 chakra dice,uses 1 chakra for E rank,1 chakra for D rank,2 chakra for C rank,4 chakra for B rank,and 8 chakra for A rank.
Concentrate chakra to you hands and lift a boulder up to a steep cliff and back down 35 times,get 5 or more chakra,5 or more jutsu,and 5 or more stamina

Boulder Running Training-Kage Control=+1 chakra dice,uses 1 chakra for E rank,1 chakra for D rank,1 chakra for C rank,2 chakra for B rank,and 4 chakra for A rank.
Lift a boulder while running on water 40 times,get 5 or more chakra,200MPH,5 or more jutsu,and 5 or more stamina.

=6 chakra dice

Speed Training:
Wear 400 LB and get 20 MPH 10 times=+1 Speed Dice

Add another 400 LB=800LB and get 60 MPH 15 times=+2 Speed Dice (You can only use 2 speed dices.)

Add another 400 LB=1200LB and get 100 MPH 20 times=+2 Speed Dice (2 speed dices only.)

Add another 400 LB=1600LB and get 150 MPH 25 times=+1 Speed Dice (3 speed dices only.)

Add another 400 LB=2000LB and get 200 MPH 30 times=+1 Speed Dice (3 speed dices only.)

Add another 400 LB=2400LB and get 250 MPH 35 times=+1 Speed Dice (3 speed dices only.)

Add another 400 LB=2800LB and get 300 MPH 40 times=+1 Speed Dice (4 speed Dices only.)

Add another 400 LB=3200LB and get 350 MPH 45 times=+2 Speed Dice (4 speed dices only.)

Add another 400 LB=3600LB and get 400 MPH 50 times=+2 Speed Dice (4 speed dices only.)
